Draft — pending legal review

This page describes our intended data practices and is being finalised with legal counsel. It is not yet our final Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

When you register for a certification, webinar, or the ambassador programme, or create a community profile, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and organisation. We do not collect more than a form asks for.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the certification, service, or communication you signed up for; to process payments where applicable; and to send you updates about programmes you’ve enrolled in. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis and consent

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, captured at the point you submit a form on this site. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Sharing with third parties

Certification records are shared with DSCI (Data Security Council of India) as our credentialing partner. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our own servers. We do not share your data with anyone else for marketing purposes.

Your rights as a Data Principal

You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent, as provided under the DPDP Act. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below.

Data retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access.

Grievance Officer

For any privacy concern or complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@dpdpmanager.com. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
